This design eliminates mixing dead zones and effectively prevents material wall hanging, delivering consistent texture and color in every batch.

All material-contact parts are constructed from high-grade SS304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring product purity. The solid stainless steel shaft design offers superior durability compared to hollow tube alternatives, guaranteeing a long service life even when processing abrasive materials like quartz sand and stone granules.

The U-shaped mixing tank is specifically engineered to optimize the double ribbon mixing action. Materials are continuously pushed from both ends to the center by the outer ribbon, while the inner ribbon moves material from the center outward, creating a complete circulation pattern that achieves rapid and uniform blending.
