I, the trial machine description
1. Before the test, oil each reducer to the position indicated by the oil label.
2. Ensure that the motor operation of each machine is positive.

II. Working procedures
1. Power the electric control cabinet, all the machines have finished the trial run, and the air pump gas storage is normal.
2. Start bucket elevator and pulse dust collector
3. Manual feeding, and small feeding, materials are sent to the warehouse to be mixed.
5. Start the host and open the discharge valve of the warehouse to be mixed.
6. After mixing, start the finished product warehouse and open the pneumatic door of the main engine to discharge materials
7. The packaging machine starts to transfer finished products.


III. Operation precautions, maintenance instructions and troubleshooting
All machines must be started in no-load state, do not start at full load!
Butter must be beaten every 3-7 days on all the parts that need butter! Check the oil cup every time before work!
All machines must be run before feeding!
All machines should be cleaned after work, especially the circuit and air path must be blown clean with air gun!
All machines once found abnormal sound, timely stop check, do not force boot!


1.Screw conveyor:
Reducer inside the diesel oil, just start to run three months after the oil change, after every six months to change the oil. Check the oil window every three days and fill it in time.
Butter the bearing area every three days
Troubleshooting: Check the motor reducer and screw. Replace the spiral blades every six months.


2.Weighing hopper for ingredients:
Do not turn off the power when there is material in the weighing hopper.
The hopper must be emptied when the power needs to be turned off after work. (If the power failure can manually clear out the material)
Each feeding shall be 1000KG or less. (overload is strictly prohibited)

The bucket base must be inspected and cleaned every three days.
Check the tightness of the belt and the flow of the winnowing hopper regularly every week, and adjust in time if any exception occurs.
Troubleshooting: if there is abnormal sound, stop the machine in time. 1. The bucket is biased, which side is higher than the other side. 2. Check the circuit, motor and reducer. 3. Clean the pickup base 4. Check the bearing 5. Check if the belt winnowing hopper is damaged or large pieces are stuck


4.Dual axis non-gravity Mixer:
Butter every three days anywhere you need it.
The engine oil should be changed three months before operation and every six months after that.
Check the tightness of the chain regularly every day and tighten it! (Pay attention to check the blade spacing in the host when adjusting)
Every week to check whether the pneumatic door leakage, found leakage, timely adjust the pneumatic door cylinder shaft length and tighten the pneumatic door top wire
Troubleshooting: Check the circuit, motor, reducer, rotating bearing.


IV. Finished product Warehouse:
Bearing beat butter and reducer oil change with double shaft non-gravity mixer!
Check the welding condition of the bearing partition in the warehouse every week, and deal with any problems in time!
Once abnormal sound is found, stop the machine in time to check, do not force boot!
Troubleshooting: empty the warehouse body, check the bearing, spiral blade, check the motor reducer.


V.Packaging machine:
After work, all parts of the packing machine should be blown through with air gun especially the circuit air path!!
After working continuously for four hours, drain the water from the oil water separator once.


VI.Air pump:
Let the water run every four hours.
The filter element is often changed (according to the operation and maintenance of the air compressor manual).
