Sand dryer test machine, working procedure description

First , the gear reducer and bearings of this set of sand dryer will be refueled before the test.

Preheating
1. First turn on the stove and light the coal with kindling.
2. start the induced draft fan, blower dryer switch.
3. the coal in the furnace does not need too much, the furnace temperature is about 400 degrees;
4. Preheating time is about 2 hours.

The working sequence of the machine:
1. first open the host and the furnace, to ensure that the host heating evenly, after 20-30 minutes, the furnace body hot, slowly a small amount of sand, as the furnace temperature rises, gradually increase the     amount of sand feeding.
2.boot sequence: fire (open the blower, induced draft fan) → open the host → after the host is evenly heated, open the vibrating screen → dry sand belt machine → wet sand belt machine → disk feeder → wet sand drying.
3. shutdown sequence: close the disk feeder → wet sand belt machine → blower, main engine (after the sand is finished) → dry sand belt machine → vibrating screen → Finally close the induced draft fan.
4. in the drying process, if the dry sand belt machine appears wet sand or sand is not dry, the sand output of the disk feeder should be reduced (or the furnace fire is too small).

Note: Do not touch the dryer, belt machine and other sports equipment during production.
